Electrically actuated variable geometry turbocharger, water-cooled intercooler and exhaust gas recirculation via double cooled EGR.
The engine of the new D-Max maintains the architecture of the previous model and the reliability that has always distinguished ISUZU engines.
Built to Withstand
The towing capacity is 3500 kg (with the trailer braked) and the maximum permissible axle masses have also increased: +100 kg front and +40 kg rear.
The structure of the cab, chassis and suspension has been totally revised and now the entire D-Max range features a passenger compartment and a load compartment built with very high strength steels and new points of progressive deformation, thus combining lightness and strength.
